The project is a six-story, 212-unit, 219,600 SF building with Studio, 1-BR, 2-BR, 3-BR, and 4-BR units. Amenity spaces include a Club Room, Fitness Center, and a Second Floor Roof Terrace. On grade parking is provided with bicycle storage.
