The project was the renovation of an existing community Pool House. The existing Restroom/Changing Areas were re-configured to provide ADA accessibility. Individual showers and changing stalls were provided in lieu of the group showers and changing areas. The Reception/Life Guard room was renovated and new finishes provided. Club colors were incorporated into the finish scheme as requested by the Owner. An exterior covered area was enclosed to create a concessions stand and the exterior siding replaced.
