The project was a 4,244 SF daycare with 1,000 SF outdoor playground. The daycare consists of seven classrooms for ages infants through Pre-K. The secure playground has direct access from the daycare and occupies an existing colonnade. The spaces is completed with an indoor play area and Lobby with kitchenette.
