This Design-Build project is the renovation of the vacant old Tanzanian Embassy for the purpose of utilizing again as the country’s embassy. The interiors were transformed to better accommodate the embassy’s needs including Offices, Conference Rooms, and Kitchenettes to support staff needs. The building was brought into compliance with Building Codes and ADA requirements with new Restrooms, Elevator, and Egress Stair. Windows were replaced throughout, the building repointed, and a new roof system installed. All Building Systems were upgraded including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Life Safety.
