The project is the renovation of a three-story, 21,720 SF warehouse into a 420 student Middle School for The Social Justice School. The facility will include 14 classrooms, Cafeteria, Multipurpose Room, Offices, Nurse’s Suite, and Conference Rooms. All existing building systems and interior finishes will be removed down to the structure and exterior walls. New windows will be provided along with new egress stairs, elevator, and restrooms. The Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems will all be replaced and upgraded to meet current sustainability codes.
